What We Do
Our program is not designed for people who come to Sydney simply to study English. We create opportunities for adults guests to experience what it's really like to live in Sydney.
Guests enjoy their Sydney homestay experience through a local language school, local experience, TSUNAGU activities, and free to explore Sydney on their own.
Guests can experience a local language school twice a week, giving them chance to experience the school environment, meet people from different countries and enjoy a multicultural atmosphere. connect with local activities and communities based on their interests , and join TSUNAGU activities during their stay.
Spending enjoy time with a local host family to using public transport , meeting local people , participating some activities and explore the city independently.

We are looking for welcoming host families in Sydney who are willing to host guests aged over 20 and over. There is no need to change your lifestyle, simply share your daily routine and give them real taste of your life.
Host family don't need to change your life style or create special schedule for your guests. Simply welcome them into your home, share meals, have conversations, and enjoy everyday moments together .
TSUNAGU guests are adults, usually they staying for between 1 ~ 4 weeks. Our guests not looking for a traditional students homestay. Instead, they want to experience what everyday life in Sydney is really like.
And if have time to take your guests somewhere or show them a part of your local life, those simple moments can become unforgettable memories .

REQUIREMENTS
1. Provide a private bedroom for the guest and a welcoming home.
2. Offer two meals per day - usually breakfast and dinner.
(We encourage you to share meals with guests and get to know one another)
3. Offer a friendly and welcoming environment. Spend some time chatting with the guests and share your culture.
(※ As a host family you'll simply be sharing meals, conversations and your daily activities. No need to change your daily routine, experience a cultural exchange in the comfort of your own home.)
Who Are Our Guests?
They may want to improve their English, connect with local people , experience Australian culture, or simply try something different from a typical holiday.
Everyone comes to Sydney for a different reason, but they all want to experience beyond just sightseeing.
As a part of their stay, our guests have the opportunity to experience a local English language school twice a week. This gives them a cache to see what it's like to attend an English class and meet people from different countries.
Once a week, guests can also join a TSUNAGU activities, designed to help them experience Sydney and connect with local life.
Depending on their interests , guests can also be connected with local sports activities and community during their stay.
( All of those experiences are optional, allowing each guests to enjoy Sydney at their own pace and based on their own interests . )
Our TSUNAGU guests are over 20 years old.
Some of our guests simply want to experience everyday life in Australia, meet local people and enjoy cultural exchange. Others may be interested in experiencing the lifestyle and atmosphere of programs such as a working holiday or study abroad, only for short period of time.
